development of the child.

... which reduces stress and encourages the child to perform tasks which enable it to make progress in learning.

... which allows the pupil to progress by giving him the means of checking for himself the effectiveness of his new achievements.

Personal development acquired by :

• the discovery of new sensations
• mastery of the pony 
• the need to overcome one's fears
• confrontation with different situations
• the need to take responsibility for oneself and others
• greater confidence in oneself
